Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using A Little Space For Parents’s digital tools, resources, or community forums (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and A Little Space For Parents ("we," "us," or "our").
1 Eligibility
Services are intended for adults (18+) undergoing life transitions, particularly new parents.
By using the Services, you affirm that you:
Are of legal age in your jurisdiction;
Have the capacity to understand these Terms;
Are not prohibited from receiving the Services under applicable laws.
1.1 Nature of Services
A Little Space For Parents provides self-directed tools for mood management, emotional regulation, and peer support.
Our Services include:
Digital exercises (e.g., grounding techniques, communication scripts);
Educational content (e.g., articles, videos);
Community forums (user-moderated discussions).
We do not provide:
Medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice;
Crisis intervention services;
Diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.
1.2 User Acknowledgments
You understand and agree that:
You are solely responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being;
Tools are designed as supplements, not replacements, for professional care;
Outcomes depend on individual engagement and circumstances.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Appropriate Use
Services must be used:
For personal, non-commercial purposes;
In accordance with all applicable laws;
Without harming others or violating their rights.
Prohibited activities include:
Uploading harmful or illegal content;
Impersonating others;
Scraping or automated data collection.
2.2 Crisis Situations
Our tools are not designed for emergencies.
If you or someone else is in crisis:

2.3 Minors
Parents/guardians must supervise minors’ use of the Services;
A Little Space For Parents does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (COPPA compliant).
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Ownership
All content (text, graphics, tools, logos) is owned by A Little Space For Parents or licensed to us, unless stated otherwise.
User-generated content (e.g., forum posts) remains the property of the User but grants us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it.
3.2 Permitted Use
You may:
Download tools for personal use;
Share links to our resources with attribution.
You may not:
Modify, sell, or redistribute our content without written permission;
Use our branding without prior approval.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 No Warranty
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
4.2 Liability Exclusion
A Little Space For Parents and its affiliates are not liable for:
User decisions or actions taken based on our tools;
Third-party content (e.g., links to external sites);
Technical issues related to Squarespace’s platform.
Maximum liability (where permitted by law) is limited to £100 (UK) or $100 (US).
4.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify A Little Space For Parents against claims arising from:
Your misuse of the Services;
Violation of these Terms;
Harm to third parties.
5. General Provisions
5.1 Governing Law
UK Users: Governed by English law (disputes resolved in UK courts);
US Users: Governed by laws of [State], USA.
