Rest and recover a little.

This is a practice to give you a period of deep rest without sleep.

It is very relaxing, and as a parent, you may find that you sometimes fall asleep doing this practice. It takes just over 10 minutes, so it might be an idea to set a timer for 11 minutes in case you fall asleep.
